IT IS ESTABLISHED THAT EVERY TIME THE MEDIA REPORTS A SUICIDE THERE IS A SPIKE OF DEATHS AFTER THE OUTLET. THIS IS THE REASON WHY NEWSPAPERS AND NEWS DID NOT IN THE PAST DISCLOSE THESE TYPES OF STORIES. IT IS ALSO TO GIVE SOME PRIVACY TO THE SUFFERING. IT IS NOT JUST THE CONTEMPLATOR, IT IS ALSO THOSE THAT ARE AWARE OF YOUR THOUGHTS AND POTENTIAL ACTIONS. THEY ARE JUST AS HELPLESS AS YOU ARE.

THIS IS THE CORRECT WAY OF BEHAVING TO THE SUFFERING. SYMPATHY IS TOO ENABLING FOR THE SUFFERER TO CARRY ON IN THEIR NEGATIVE ATTITUDE, IT WEAKENS FAITH AND MOTIVATION TO BECOME BETTER AND POSITIVE. EMPATHY IS KINDNESS AND GIVES THE APPROPRIATE DISTANCE BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS.

IKEA CONDUCTED AN EXPERIMENT WITH SCHOOL CHILDREN. THEY BROUGHT TWO PLANTS INTO THEIR SCHOOL AND ASKED THE CHILDREN TO SPEAK TO EACH PLANT DIFFERENTLY. ONE IN A POSITIVE WAY AND THE OTHER IN A NEGATIVE WAY. THE RESULTS OF THE CONDITION OF THE TWO PLANTS WERE SIGNIFICANT. IT WAS SEEN THAT THE PLANT THAT WAS SPOKEN TO NICELY, WAS GREEN, HEALTHY, LEAVES FULL OF LIFE, THE OTHER WITHERED, CHANGING COLOUR AND FLOPPY. IT WAS NOTED THAT WORDS AND BEHAVIOUR DO HAVE AN EFFECT ON ALL LIVING THINGS. SO IMAGINE WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO YOURSELF AND TO OTHERS WHEN BEING NEGATIVE.

I MENTIONED ABOVE EMOTIONAL VAMPIRES. THIS IS A PSYCHOLOGICAL TERM WITH HOW NEGATIVE BEINGS BEHAVE. THEY ARE ENERGY DRAINERS FOR THE POSITIVE SOUL.

WHAT DO EMOTIONAL VAMPIRES DO? FILL YOUR HEART WITH SORROW, GUILT, ANGER, PAIN, ANGUISH IN ORDER TO MAKE THEMSELVES FEEL BETTER. THERAPISTS DO NOT APPRECIATE THESE TYPES OF INDIVIDUALS AND REGARD THEM AS TIME WASTERS. THEY DO NOT LISTEN. ADVISE FALLS ON DEAF EARS. WOE IS ME ATTITUDE, NOTHING GOES RIGHT FOR ME, I AM THE ONLY ONE. IN THE EARLY 2000S THERE WAS A CRAZE CALLED EMO, WHICH GAVE A BEAUTIFUL REPRESENTATION OF THESE INDIVIDUALS.

INDICATORS OF AN EMOTIONAL VAMPIRE:

POSITIVE INDIVIDUALS DO GET SAD, DEPRESSED, ANXIOUS, AFRAID, JUST BE CAREFUL NOT TO RELY ON A EMOTIONAL VAMPIRE FOR SUPPORT, YOU DON’T WANT TO STAY IN THEIR CAMP. YOU NEED REVIVAL! GET OUT OF YOUR MIND AND OUT INTO THE SUN!

USING MENTAL HEALTH AS A CRUTCH IS UNACCEPTABLE. WAILING BECAUSE YOU FEEL YOU HAVEN’T BEEN NOTICED THROUGH CRYING IS UNACCEPTABLE IN MANY CULTURES, IT WILL GET YOU BEATEN UP, SO STOP. PEOPLE THEM BECOME BLIND TO YOUR NEEDS AND IGNORANT ON WHAT THEY CAN DO TO ASSIST OR PROVIDE YOU TO IMPROVE YOUR POSITIVE WELL-BEING.

NEXT, START DOING! YOU’VE SAT IN YOUR HEAD FOR TOO LONG. YOUR MIND NEEDS A REST, AND THE BEST WAY IS PHYSICAL EXERCISE. GO FOR A WALK. CHANGE YOUR ROUTE. IT WILL FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE BEEN TRANSPORTED TO ANOTHER WORLD.

ORGANISE SOMETHING, EITHER IT BE A ROOM, YOUR BAG OR PAPERS. THROW AWAY THE TRASH. COLLECT IT ALL AND PLACE IT IN A BIN. YOU WILL FEEL YOU’VE DONE SOMETHING WITH YOUR DAY.

NEXT, EAT SOMETHING, HAVE A CUP OF TEA. ENJOY YOUR FOOD, PAY ATTENTION OF THE FOOD GOING INTO YOUR MOUTH, CHEWING AND SWALLOWING.

CLEAN YOURSELF. GIVE YOURSELF A GOOD SCRUB AND WASH YOUR HAIR, BRUSH YOUR TEETH. DEDICATE A FEW MINUTES PUTTING CREAM ALL OVER YOUR BODY AND MASSAGE.

DO THIS EVERY DAY IF YOU HAVE TO. NOTHING ELSE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU.
